Mark’s distinguished career includes executive leadership at Shenandoah Financial, Inc., where he oversaw real estate investments and operations. At the United States Postal Service, he served in multiple senior roles—spearheading strategic alliances with Microsoft, AOL, and Accenture, overseeing multibillion-dollar capital projects, and driving cost-reduction initiatives that contributed to $5.6 billion in earnings over five years.

His public and private sector work includes:

• Automating financial reporting processes that cut reporting time in half and labor input by 75%
• Leading due diligence and valuation on strategic partnerships and tech investments
• Creating financial models and P&L statements for major service divisions and government agencies
• Managing large-scale investments and forecasting the financial impact of foreign exchange fluctuations

Mark began his career in operations management at Roadway Express, where he was responsible for P&L at a major terminal and achieved a tenfold increase in sales while cutting labor costs by more than half.
